Specialties such as built-in outdoor whirlpool with a seating area, a long ethanol fireplace in the living room, a separate lounge bar with a coffee maker, an open wine wall on the second floor, a complex natural marble floor with a plaster-in door frames or the possibility of serving lunch on the kitchen terrace with a view from 24th floor – all this intensify the uniqueness of this property.
